Free Yoga Class Opportunity

Hey curious yogis!

I’m co-teaching a free yoga class on Thursdays at CrossFit Homeward at University Mall in Chapel Hill from 5:30 to 7pm.

The class is a basics class that focuses on alignment and is co-taught with another great teacher, Chris Holt. He finishes each class with an extended yoga nidra meditation that will leave you feeling fully relaxed and in tune with your body!
